Refund Policy

1. Free Mock Sessions

TryCuebird includes free unlimited 15-minute mock sessions. No payment is required for mock sessions, so no refund is applicable.

2. Single Session Purchases

Single session purchases are non-refundable once the session has been started. If you purchased a session but have not used it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at team@trycuebird.com.

3. Monthly Plan

Monthly plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to your remaining sessions until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid session (e.g., the app fails to start, audio capture does not work), please contact support within 48 hours. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement session or full refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • The payment date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
